At Hopiify, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy. Please read below for more details.


How to Return an Item
You can return most items within 30 days of buying. To return an item:
It must be unused and in the same condition as when you got it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, including:
Sportswear (if used)
Tracksuits for men or any activewear that’s worn
Intimate items (like underwear or socks)
Hazardous materials (such as certain supplements or flammable goods)
Perishable goods (like food or drinks)
Health and personal care items (like yoga mats)
Newspapers or magazines
Partial Refunds
If the item is damaged or used, you may only get a partial refund.
Refund Process
Once we get your return:
We’ll check the item and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll send the refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item is damaged or defective. To get an exchange:

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If your return is valuable, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance.
